Solder dipped bonded finned tubes are edge tension wound to assure proper fin to tube contact before the solder is applied. The soldering process creates a fin attachment that is ideal for forming or bending.

Solder dipped finned tubes are commonly used in applications with temperatures ranging from -300 degrees Fahrenheit to +450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tube Sizes: 9/16″ O.D. to 2″ O.D.
Fin Heights: ¼” to 1″
Fin Pitch: 5 to 13 fins per inch
