ROOT SOLDER BONDED FINNED TUBES

Tex-Fin root solder bonded finned tubes are edge tension wound in the same manner as the solder dipped fintube. The soldering process utilizes enough solder to bond the base of the fin to the tube. This leaves most of the fin surface clean of any solder coating, which may impede heat transfer capabilities.

Root solder bonded finned tubes are commonly used in applications with temperatures ranging from -300 degrees Fahrenheit to +450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tube Sizes: 3/8″ O.D. to 2″ O.D.
Fin Heights: ¼” to 1″
Fin Pitch: 4 to 13 fins per inch

Our Root Solder Bonded Finned Tubes provide a host of benefits:

  • Enhanced Heat Transfer: Designed to optimize heat transfer efficiency, these tubes are the key to achieving precise temperature control and exceptional system performance.
  • Structural Integrity: The root solder bonding process enhances the durability and longevity of the fins, resulting in reduced maintenance and uninterrupted operation.
  • Corrosion Resistance: Copper construction ensures natural corrosion resistance, adding to the overall longevity and reliability of your systems.
  • Custom Solutions: We provide Root Solder Bonded Finned Tubes tailored to your project’s unique requirements, ensuring seamless integration into your system.
