EXTRUDED FINNED TUBES<\/h4>\n

Extruded finned tubes are manufactured by pressure-rolling an outer aluminum bloom around an inner\u00a0tube in a process that bonds the two together and extrudes the fins out from the\u00a0aluminum bloom.<\/p>\n

The aluminum entirely encloses the inner tube, providing superior protection for the tube from\u00a0atmospheric corrosion and making the finned tubes easy to clean.<\/p>\n

Extruded fin tubes are used in applications where the tubes and fins are exposed to corrosive\u00a0atmospheres and temperatures up to 550\u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Common tube materials are carbon steel, carbon chrome moly,<\/strong>\u00a0stainless steel, Incoloy \u00aeand Inconel\u00ae, however virtually any tube material<\/strong>\u00a0can be used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
