Founded in 1964 by Hugo Meith and Bill Terry, Tex-Fin set out to provide the best products and service for helically wound finned pipe and tubes.

In 1988, the company was purchased by Tommy Hall and since then has undergone continued growth and expansion to meet industry needs. With Tommy at the helm, Tex-Fin became the ultimate full-service source for high-frequency finned tubes and pipes, air-cooled heat exchangers, and ASME fabrication.

ASME CERTIFICATIONS

Our experience, capabilities, and expertise in our industry have enabled us to qualify for and maintain the following Certificates of Authorization Tex-Fin holds ASME “S” and “U” stamps covering the fabrication and assembly of high-pressure boilers, heating boilers, pressure vessels and power piping.

Requirements for code stamp qualification include certification of each welder, documentation of material and acceptance of the finished product by the Quality Control Manager and Authorized Inspector.

NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATIONS

We also have the National Board “NB” and “R” Stamp, allowing the repair and alteration of all boilers and pressure vessels.
